Upcoming Events
March 27, 11AM: Annual Egg Hunt
Children ages twelve and under are invited to search for prize-filled eggs that have been hidden throughout RittenhouseTown. Please do not arrive late. The hunt begins promptly at 11AM and the eggs are scooped up quickly. Children will be separated into two age groups, 6 & under and 7 & above. The egg hunt portion of the day is free. Refreshments, colonial toys and tickets for other activities will be available for purchase. Please bring a can of food to support Philabundance.

April 21: Members' Meeting and Dinner at City Tavern
Meeting: 6PM-6:45PM
Learn about RittenhouseTown's involvement with Walter Staib's PBS cooking show, A Taste of History, as well as the events and programs your membership dues help to support. Elect new members to RittenhouseTown's Board of Directors by casting your vote. The meeting portion of this event is free and open to all current members of Historic RittenhouseTown.
Dinner: 7PM
Stay for a special 18th century feast designed by Chef Staib himself. The dinner is $50 per person and open to both members and nonmembers. This is a perfect time to introduce your friends to membership at Historic RittenhouseTown. Beer and wine are included. Mixed drinks and other alcoholic beverages will be available for an extra charge. Click here for a full menu.

June -September: Summer Paper Arts Workshop Series
Each summer Historic RittenhouseTown offers a series of Paper Arts Workshops that address a variety of topics, such as, papermaking, bookmaking, printing and Turkish marbling. The workshops are held on weekends throughout the summer and are artist-taught. Whether a novice or a veteran, all benefit and enjoy the amazing artistic experience that our qualified instructors create. Many of the workshops are designed for teachers or for families to enjoy together. Class list/Register online
July 26-30: Summer Camp
September 11, 10AM: 21st Annual Paper MIll Run 5K Race
On the Saturday after Labor Day, Historic RittenhouseTown holds the Papermill Run 5K Race. The race attracts many runners from throughout the Greater Philadelphia Region. The course leads through a beautiful section of Fairmount Park along the Wissahickon Creek. The race is open to all applicants over twelve years of age. Prizes are awarded to different age categories for men and women.
